Meme Cat is a casual multiplayer party game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for entertainment. The app is provided free, with an optional one-time "Pro" upgrade and ads on the free tier.
Players search for and submit memes/GIFs that other players see. You agree NOT to submit, share, or promote content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Memes and GIFs are supplied by third parties, primarily KLIPY and Imgflip, and are loaded from their services. That content belongs to its respective owners and is subject to their terms. Meme Cat does not claim ownership of third-party memes.
The optional Pro upgrade is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by those stores under their terms; we do not process payments directly. Pro removes ads and unlocks the perks described on the purchase screen.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, third-party content, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
